Advantage Solutions was founded in 2002 by three individuals with professional backgrounds in accounting, law, and marketing who wanted to bring a new level of professionalism and partnering to the mold remediation industry and provide healthy, habitable spaces for those affected by mold. Mold was a “hot, scary topic” and thus brought in many less than forthright companies looking to make a quick buck. Many consumers thought mold meant your property was uninhabitable or it would cost a small fortune to correct it and some companies preyed upon these irrational fears. Advantage’s professional, solution-oriented approach was the antithesis of this. Calming fears and providing cost-effective solutions defined what we did and clients took notice.
Mold remediation was the backbone for the company as its approach resulted in partnerships with 5 of the top 10 home builders as well as 2 large commercial property management companies. Through these partnerships Advantage developed programs designed to service its partners with solutions that went well beyond mold.
