Water intrusion from hurricane Dolly had damaged an entire condo complex.  Immediately after the hurricane the building was dried out.  Unfortunately there was roof damage that was not fixed in as timely a manner as the water was extracted.  Another heavy rain caused more water damage and Advantage dried the complex a 2nd time through water extraction and placing drying equipment to reduce the moisture levels.  In addition, Advantage was able to analyze the source of the roof leak and temporarily redirect the water flow so that future rain did not cause more property damage.  Once the roof leak was fixed and all moisture levels had returned to normal Advantage pulled the drying equipment and helped prepare the condosfor restoration.
 
A mold contamination was discovered in a townhome & the property management company called Advantage to facilitate the mold assessment and remediation.  Advantage partnered with a licensed mold assessor to inspect the damage and provide a written protocol.  The source of mold contamination and water damage was observed in the ceiling cavity above the second floor dining room as the result of an exterior roof leak.  Advantage performed the remediation by building multiple containments so that the tenant did not have to evacuate the premises.  The remediation was a success and the clearance test passed on the 1st attempt.
