Advantage performed a remediation at a major cosmetics facility building. Two separate mold sources were identified and a remediation treatment developed. Advantage team members passed required security background checks that were required before being allowed to enter the facility. Advantage cleaned the HVAC ducts and removed large amounts of sheetrock which required multiple containments be built. A post remediation air sampling was performed and all areas passed. The project was started and completed in 2 weeks.
 
Transwestern Property Management company contacted Advantage Solutions to conduct remediation in a building in which the tenant had already gone through proceedings to hire an attorney. A remediation protocol was written by a licensed assessor and Advantage was contracted to do the remediation all of the restrooms. Advantage provided the client and tenant project timelines and worked after hours to limit disruption to buisness. All the restrooms were succesfully remediated and passed the post-remediation clearance test on the 1st attempt. The tenant was pleased with the work and the client was relieved of any liablitiy.
