How much will recovery/remediation cost me?
Every job is unique, so it is impossible to know exactly what your recovery/remediation might cost. Beware of bargain basement deals from non-certified, non-licensed companies. You don’t want to pay them then pay a professional company to come fix what they didn’t. In addition, you cannot get a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation (CMDR) from an unlicensed company in Texas |

Will mold keep me from being able to sell my house or get insurance?

This is the state’s stamp of approval that the situation was addressed professionally and ensures that the property is insurable and protects the seller from mold liability when a property is sold. |
