A 12 floor upscale hotel was undergoing a major renovation.  Advantage worked with the General Contractor that was brought in to refurbish the hotel and took the lead on HVAC cleaning, the handling of 14 water intrusion events, ancillary demolition work, and mold remediation on every floor of the hotel.  Advantage showed great flexibility in meeting the General Contractors’ needs and reduced the work time on each floor from one week to 3 days.  Advantage’s project manager served as a key resource to the General Contractor’s onsite project manager and worked so quickly that the buildback crews could not maintain pace with the Advantage crews.
 
Advantage perfomed HVAC cleaning in the 1st LEED Silver certified building in Dallas.  The contractor for the City & Immigration Services Building in Las Colinas needed to ensure all protocols for LEED qualification were performed & documented.  The General Contractor knew of Advantage’s experience with other green building design standards and contracted Advantage based on the level of knowledge and LEED certification experience.  The entire project was a success for the contractor and the building became the 1st LEED Silver certified building in Dallas/FortWorth.
 
A 300,000 sq. ft. nuclear powerplant building discovered it had some serious environmental issues. 

There were strict governmental guidelines dealing with a nuclear facility that made correction much more complex than standard remediation procedures.  Advantage Solutions’ expert staff guided the client through the regulated mold remediation process while negotiating the extensive government regulations.  The project was successfully performed in 2 phases over a 4 month period.
